Alliance ACO physicians are dedicated to improving quality outcomes, improving their patients’ care experience, engaging extended caregivers, and more efficient use of health care dollars. We believe that participation in the Medicare Shared Savings Program offers our participating physicians an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, while still remaining in their independent practices, in a more meaningful way to achieve these goals.
Alliance ACO’s mission/vision statement is to provide our patients high quality service and care, more efficiently utilize health care dollars through enhanced care coordination, use of innovative technologies, and shared learning.
